Job Summary
As Sales Personnel at Raloc Logistics, you are required to generate sales for the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow our hire purchase and logistics services
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Identify new markets, customer needs, and business opportunities.
- Monitor customer trends and adjust strategies to maximize performance.
- Coordinate with marketing to execute online campaigns and generate quality leads.
- Maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and competitor activity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, HND in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in logistics or hire purchase.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of local languages is a plus).
