We're looking for motivated Sales Personnel to drive our growth by connecting with customers and building lasting relationships on the ground.

Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and results-driven Sales Personnel to join our team. You will be responsible for scouting and onboarding Direct Sales Representatives (DSRs) and selling our range of products — including phones, laptops (on hire purchase), and cars (on work-and-pay basis). This is a field-based role that requires good interpersonal skills, sales drive, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively scout and recruit DSRs to promote and sell our phones, laptops, and vehicles.
• Sell phones and laptops on hire purchase terms to individuals and businesses.
• Promote and sell vehicles under our work-and-pay model to qualified drivers or customers.
• Educate customers and DSRs on product benefits, payment terms, and usage.
• Track leads, close sales, and maintain strong follow-ups for renewals and upgrades.
• Report weekly sales activity and field challenges to the supervisor.
• Represent Raloc Logistics professionally and maintain excellent customer relationships.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, field marketing, or business development (preferably in tech or auto sales).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with hire purchase and/or work-and-pay models is a plus.
• Must be willing to work on the field and engage with customers face-to-face.
• Basic digital literacy (WhatsApp, email, Excel) is advantageous.
