Job Summary
As Sales Manager at Raloc Logistics, you will lead our sales team to drive growth in our logistics and hire purchase services. You’ll be responsible for building client relationships, meeting sales targets, and supporting digital marketing efforts to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow our hire purchase and logistics services
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Identify new markets, customer needs, and business opportunities.
- Monitor customer trends and adjust strategies to maximize performance.
- Coordinate with marketing to execute online campaigns and generate quality leads.
- Maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and competitor activity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, preferably in logistics, tech, or retail.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g. social media, email marketing, Google Ads, etc.).
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
